About Us
The Southeast Weld County Chamber of Commerce (SEWC) was founded in 1963 when community business leaders came together with a mutual understanding of the power of community. Together, they believed in supporting each other not only as neighbors but also in business endeavors. Originally founded as the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce, the name was changed in 2012 to reflect the various business relationships that are supported throughout the Southeast Weld County region.
The name change prompted the need for a new logo! Students from Weld Central High School submitted their graphic designs through a logo contest with the winning logo created by Aaron Galloway.
SEWC is registered with the Colorado Secretary of State as a 501(c)(6) non-profit.
